Returns/Refund Policy

Mill & Murph do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind purchases and for hygiene reasons, particularly with our earring range. Please send us an email with photos if your order has arrived damaged within 7 days of receiving it.

Please ensure that you click into the listings as there can be different colour combinations available. Please make sure that you choose the colour that you specifically are after as I cannot be held responsible for this and will not refund your order if you have chosen incorrectly.
