Here are all the deets you need to know regarding our Packing and Shipping info:
I'm a one woman show. So pleeeaaase be patient! :) Please allow 1-3 business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for processing time (this includes making, packing and dropping off at the post office ). I do try to get your order out same day/next day if I can, but having a 3 year old toddler and life, well you know, it gets in the way sometimes!
Orders are packed in the order that they are received in to be fair to all of our customers. If you choose Express Post this will not speed up the processing time. If you desperately, desperately need that bling urgently, please send me an email to email@example.com and I'll see what I can do. I cannot guarantee I will be able to accommodate you, but I will try my bestest! :)
All our packages are sent via Australia Post. All postage prices are as per Australia Post charges, I do not charge extra for packaging time or materials so I can keep the cost as low as possible for you guys!
You can select from the following options at Checkout which all include Extra Cover for lose/damage your parcel and a tracking number:
- Standard Parcel Post - $8.30
- Standard Parcel Post (with signature) - $11.25
- Express Post - $11.30
- Express Post (with signature) $14.25
Want Free Postage?
Well it's simple really....all orders of $60 AUD and over are automatically upgraded to free delivery (standard parcel post), and all orders of $100 AUD and over are automatically upgraded to free express post. No discount code is required for this.
Please note, we will not be held responsible for Australia Post delivery time frames. You can check out their website for estimates to ensure you have chosen the best postage option to suit your needs.
Paying for postage sucks, however I will no longer be offering pickups at my home for privacy reasons. If you wish to arrange to collect your order from an upcoming market (check out our market listing here) then please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order for a free shipping discount code.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post Tracking number. Please track your parcel through Australia Post as I am unable to see any other information from my end. Check your spam inbox too!
If you have placed multiple orders and have not received your confirmation - please send me an email and I'll combine it into one order and refund your second postage!
Please also ensure you have entered the correct address, as if the parcel is lost/returned I will not be held responsible. If the parcel is returned for me you will need to pay for the additional postage to be sent out to you again.
All items can be gift wrapped for free! Please drop me a note at checkout if you would like to have a personal handwritten note (with wording of your choice) inserted. We can even send the package direct to the lucky person.
